Legacy Academy started in July 2012 with a vision to offer a better foundation for children in early years of learning. After observing the nature of education in the country, the founders felt compelled to start a school with a difference, where learning happens, where potential is nurtured and where godly character is cultivated.
The school operated as a Kindergarten until 2018 when Legacy Primary School was registered. Currently the population of the school is 250 pupils in both the Kindergarten and the primary school. The first candidate class completed in 2020.
Legacy Academy Schools offers quality and standard education from Day-care, Kindergarten to Primary School education levels based on both Tanzanian and foreign curriculums.
It is located at Sabasaba-Gangilonga area, Iringa Municipality, along Dodoma road, 1 km outside town.

It is located away from the noise of town, with a beautiful view of historical Igeleke rock paintings.
